St. Paul’s Is Starting Our Own Scrip Program!

Scrip fundraising is a program that enables families to raise money for their non-profit organization.  Scrip is a way to pay for everyday purchases using gift cards in place of cash, checks, and credit cards.

How it works:

You purchase gift cards from St. Paul’s Scrip Program at face value and your scrip coordinators (Heidi Wildauer/Angie Hughes) order those cards from Great Lakes Scrip Center at a reduced price.  The difference is an instant rebate for St. Paul’s.

Buy or order gift cards from St. Paul’s Scrip table starting on February 18th.  You may also sign up for online ordering and receive the access to your gift cards immediately through your mobile device through www.shopwithscrip.com, which allows faster service, and ease for reloading money onto already purchased gift cards in the future.  Our Family Enrollment Code ofr online purchases is BA9E468A59681.

Great Lakes Scrip Center offers gift cards to more than 700 of the country’s largest retailers including grocery, department stores, gas stations, restaurants, hotels, home improvement, and even participating local retailers in our area.  By using scrip to pay for normal weekly purchases, you can easily raise money for St. Paul’s!

We are happy to help answer any questions.  Stop by our Scrip table on February 18th and put your shopping dollars to work for St. Paul’s.    Our scrip table will be located in the Bethany Room and will be open before and after the late service on Sunday morning on a monthly basis.

How are the Scrip earnings going to be used by our ministry?

Initial plans are for the St. Paul’s Parent Teacher League (PTL) to use the earnings from Scrip for our ministry among our children and students in our congregation by defraying some of the cost to send children to the National Youth Gathering in 2019.  Long-term goals include setting aside funds to improve the playground equipment on our property.  Thank you for your support!
